Hi, I’m Jennifer French—a UX designer and architect with over 20 years of experience in ecommerce and enterprise design. My superpower is connecting the dots across people, systems, and strategy.

I’m currently available for anything UX.

I live in the Seattle area, but with a passion for photography and newly acquired travel bug, I take every opportunity to see the world. At home you’ll find me tending my garden, volunteering, practicing yoga, and hanging out with my two cats, Chicory and Gimli.

My photography portfolio is: truefocusfotos

Experience Across Scale
& Teams

With 20 years of experience in both agency and in-house roles, I design digital experiences at the intersection of product, engineering, and creative teams. I’ve worked on enterprise platforms and consumer-facing products for large organizations, helping teams navigate complexity, align stakeholders, and deliver thoughtful, scalable user experiences.

Accessibility Advocacy
& Execution

I advocate for accessibility by bridging policy, design, and implementation. I produce inclusive, executable annotations, lead accessibility audits and UAT, and communicate requirements in ways that support efficient, compliant builds. With an in-depth understanding of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and its 2026 enforcement, I help organizations prepare for regulatory impact while delivering accessible, usable products for all users.

Navigating Change in Product & Technology

I keep a close watch on evolving trends and disruptions in product and technology, especially the rise of AI. I help teams understand what these changes mean for their products and users, grounding conversations in real impact rather than speculation. This perspective also informs my own work, ensuring my practice evolves thoughtfully while remaining rooted in human-centered design.
